Description
All-male variety Asparagus officinalis “Millenium”. Uniform, medium sized pears are green with purple-tips. Ontario growers find that it is very hardy, high yielding, long lasting, and does well in heavy soils where other varieties usually do not do well.
These are YOUNG organic crowns – pre-potted to ensure they are viable before selling.
Expect to allow them 1-2 years to establish, deepen their roots and grow larger in our cooler climate before heavy harvesting.
